The owner of this company called me within an hour of my search on Home Advisor. He sent a 2 man crew to do our furnace inspection the following morning ! They were on time, very thorough and gave us a written report of each component they inspected and then spoke with us to go over everything. The price was very affordable . CB Mechanical saved us from the expensive of a new furnace as we had gotten it inspected by another company last spring. The other company told us we had visible cracks on the heat exchanger should replace the furnace right away, then gave us a quote for installing a new furnace. We had a feeling we were being scammed so put it off and then got this inspection done. The heat exchanger was fine!!
